RESUMO

To solve the pollution problem of electromagnetic waves, new electromagnetic shielding materials should meet the requirements of being lightweight with high electrical conductivity. In this work, the combination of silver (Ag) nanoparticles and nitrogen doping (N-doping) was expected to tune the electromagnetic and physical properties of Ti3C2Tx MXene, and the Ag@N-Ti3C2Tx composites were fabricated through the hydrothermal reactions. The nitrogen doped (N-doped) Ag@Ti3C2Tx composites showed a hollow structure with a pore size of 5 µm. The influence of N-doped degrees on the electromagnetic interference (EMI) shielding performance was investigated over 8-18 GHz. Therefore, the controlled N-doping composites exhibited reflection-based EMI shielding performance due to the electrical conductivity and the special three-dimensional (3D) honeycomb-like structure. The achieved average EMI shielding values were 52.38 dB at the X-band and 72.72 dB at the Ku-band. Overall, the Ag@N-Ti3C2Tx foam, due to its special 3D honeycomb-like structure, not only meets the characteristics of light weight, but also exhibits ultra-high-efficiency EMI shielding performance, revealing great prospects in the application of electromagnetic wave shielding field.

RESUMO

This paper presented an innovative method for fabrication of a porous Al2O3/CaAl12O19 ceramic membrane by combining emulsion method, cement curing and tape-casting technologies. The ceramic membrane featured a smooth surface and a porous internal structure. By adjusting the oil-water volume ratio from 1:1 to 4:1, the porosity of the samples increases from 45.6 to 67.3%, density decreases from 2.07 to 1.32 g/cm3 and bending strength decreases from 64.3 ± 1.2 to 31.7 ± 0.6 MPa. More significantly, the membranes showed great gas permeability (1.2 × 107-2.3 × 107 Lm-2 h-1 bar-1), opening up a wide range of applications in the field of gas filtration processes.

RESUMO

The ordered structure of partially melted isotactic polypropylene (iPP) was investigated using polarized optical microscopy (POM) and small-/wide-angle X-ray scattering (SAXS/WAXS) measurements. The crystalline morphology was first examined by means of pulling a glass fiber through the iPP melt, which was generated by partially melting a preformed spherulite. The results from the POM experiments indicated that, even at a minimal pulling rate, the surviving ordered structure could also relocate along the direction of fiber pulling and grow into cylindrites eventually. In addition, during the quiescent crystallization from the partially melted sample, which had the same thermal history of fiber-pulling experiments, the obvious memory effect of melt was also observed from the results of X-ray experiments. Moreover, the SAXS profile derived from the partially melted iPP at 170 °C was fitted by the theory of scattering amplitude with the cylindrical form factor. The fit result implied that the surviving ordered structure is of cylindrical nanocrystals with a diameter D ≈ 30 ± 3 nm and height h ≈ 45 ± 3 nm, which can significantly influence the crystallization morphology and kinetics during the subsequent crystallization process.

RESUMO

Impurity element doping is extensively taken as one of the most efficient strategies to regulate the electronic structure as well as the rate of photogenerated charge separation of photocatalysts. Herein, a one-pot hydrothermal synthesis process was exploited to obtain La-doped ZnIn2S4 microspheres, aiming at gaining insight into the role that doping ions played in the improvement of pollutant photodegradation. Systematical characterization means, comprising of X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), ultraviolet-visible (UV-vis) diffuse reflection spectroscopy and Raman spectra, combination with high-resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM), were employed to in depth reveal the concomitancy of La ions and ZnIn2S4 crystal lattice. The results showed that the La-doped ZnIn2S4 samples exhibited a slightly wider and stronger spectral absorption than pristine ZnIn2S4; and the specific surface area of doped ZnIn2S4 samples was a bit larger. The La-doped ZnIn2S4 electrodes showed improved photocurrent response, and the photocurrent density reached a maximum value at La content of 1.5 wt%. As expected, La-doped ZnIn2S4 samples exhibited a remarkable enhancement of photocatalytic behaviour toward the photodegradation of tetracycline hydrochloride (TCH) and methyl orange (MO). The prominently enhanced photoactivity of doped ZnIn2S4 samples was due to the synergistic effect of the elevated visible-light absorption ability and effective photogenerated charge carriers' separation.

RESUMO

In the Fog Computer (FC), the process of data is prone to problems such as low data similarity and poor data tolerance. This paper proposes a hierarchical data job scheduling strategy Based on Intelligent Sensor-Cloud in Fog Computer (HDJS). HDJS dynamically adjusts the priority of the job to avoid job starvation and maximize the use of resources, uses the key frame to the resource occupied information, distributes the frame sequence to the unit, and then combines the intra frame distribution strategy to balance the load between the nodes. The experimental results show our proposed strategy may be possible to avoid the operation of hunger and resource fragmentation problems, make full use of the advantages of multi-core and multi-thread, improve system resource utilization, and shorten the execution time and response time.
